Install the correct release
Use the App Store for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and macOS. Use the download page for Windows and Linux, and check the operating system and processor architecture before installing.

Sign in with the same BoxPlayer account
Use one account wherever you want to share entitlement, favorites, or watch progress. Source access still depends on the cloud authorization and network available on each device.

Reuse sources instead of importing files again
Add the same cloud drive, media server, or LAN share on each device. For devices outside your home, first make sure your remote access method is secure and reachable.

Verify continue watching
Play a known title on one device, then check continue watching on another. If it does not appear, compare the account, network, and selected source on both devices.
